Founded on July 15, 2019, XtraOrdiNAARI started as a Facebook community with a vision to create a vibrant platform where women could come together, learn from each other, and grow collectively. What began as a small initiative has blossomed into an engaged and dynamic community of nearly 6,000 incredible women.

Officially registered as a business entity in October 2020, XtraOrdiNAARI has expanded its horizons and now operates through various segments to support and empower women in all aspects of their lives. Our website serves as a hub for all the activities we conduct and keeps you updated on our latest events and initiatives.

Our founder, Karuna Arpana Prasad Sankhe, is driven by the belief that women deserve more than just a fulfilling family life. She advocates for women to live fully for themselves, contribute meaningfully to society, and grow in every dimension—physically, mentally, socially, emotionally, and economically.
